It is the goal of Salon Innovations to ensure that all orders are properly filled and arrive at your destination in good condition. Therefore, we exercise maximum care in the checking, packaging and shipment of your merchandise. Shipping claims and irregularities must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Check packaging thoroughly before making a claim. We will gladly provide you with any assistance and information pertinent to tracking your shipment or filing a claim. Next Day and 2-Day shipments, in most cases, deliver Monday through Friday. These orders placed after 3:00PM CST will be shipped the next business day. Salon Innovations is not responsible for delivery failures based upon delivery address challenges.
Returns and/or Shipping Errors
Contact Salon Innovations Customer Service at 1-800-433-5980 before returning an item, as no return merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Items returned C.O.D. will not be accepted. Special order items may be returned only in cases of manufacturer’s defect or error. Shipping claims and irregularities must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Check packaging thoroughly before making a claim. Please send all returns to our Minneapolis location.
- Shears: Shears have a 7 day trial period and a 30 day warranty for defects, supported through Salon Innovations. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.
- Irons & Dryers: The full-warranty (length varies per tool) is supported through Salon Innovations. Some exceptions may apply.
- Trimmers & Clippers: 30 day warranty for defects supported through Salon Innovations. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly
- If you wish to return a salon appliance (clippers, trimmers, irons and dryers) due to dissatisfaction with performance, appearance, price, etc. please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of purchase.

The Salon Innovations website is built to fit the personal needs of stylist and franchisee orders. It is not designed as an ordering solution for salon’s retail inventory. Therefore, we are obligated to follow Manufacture pricing regulations for selling products online directly to stylists vs. our negotiated pricing for salons retailing the product.
To avoid sales tax charges, salon orders should be placed by Electronic Product Ordering, email, phone, or fax. All orders placed on the website will automatically charged sales tax when applicable.
